    The flow of information that shapes your mindset is 80% (!!) from body to mind. Unlike traditional mental training, hypnosis, or coaching, Brain Artistry follows a bottom-up approach, harnessing the power of your body, breath, emotions, and sensations to send signals to your subconscious.

    Brain Artistry consists of short “workouts” for your breath, nervous system, and emotional well-being. These workouts are either meditative in nature or incorporate gentle “lazy” movements or “hands-on” methods.

  • No, mostly just your hands and your breath. Some exercises are done lying down, so your bed or yoga mat would be suitable. Brain Artistry exercises are designed to be performed almost unnoticed from anywhere.
